Give me just one more day
to show/prove who I am
what I have become
Shy away from rumor/accusations
false lips, to hurt and seal honesty
If in doubt, confront me, for the real truth
a lying tongue can destroy nations, let alone
a devastated heart.
I am who I am in all truthfulness each day,
Let them come to me, with their deceit
My light will forever shine, for I am
who I am always and a day.
